A couple of months ago I was contacted by the Mandinga Arts company with an enquiry about catering for their company party. Stephanie told me all about the incredible carnival costume production and events that they are involved in, their Colombian and Latin connections and that there was going to be a live band playing Colombian music. Of course I have my booking procedures for catering but these all went out of the window for the promise of serving our food to the live strummings of some proper heartfelt rhythms.
And so, much to my delight, we spent a Saturday evening wriggling our hips, chatting to customers and simultaneously serving up our delicious Bogota Bandejas menu in Streatham Space, South London.
